Following a 1 1/2 hour consultation 6 weeks prior to the big day to discuss the finer details of your wedding I will:

• Contact all your suppliers to ensure that everything is up to speed.
• Source any outstanding suppliers you may require
• Provide you with a timeline for your wedding day
• Attend on the day to ensure your wedding goes as smoothly as posssible.

         Attendance on the day will be for 8 hours or until the happy couple take to the floor for the first dance, additional hours of attendance will be charged at £30 per hour. For weddings where significant travel is involved for on the day coordination a contribution towards expenses would be incurred. Weddings taking place on Bank Holidays or dates such as New Years Eve will be charged at £750 with any additional hours being charged at £50 per hour.
